A short film workshop organized by BBC screenwriter, director and script consultant, Kelly Davis (brief bio below) in collaboration with Atelier Nord.

10 people will participate for this two-day workshop, which aims to help writers develop a fictional short film script, from first concept to first draft. The course is open to anyone who has a passion for storytelling and/or films, whether you are a total beginner or have experience working in film already.

This is a script development course intended to provide feedback to you and hands on, practical help and guidance in writing. You will start from scratch. No need to come along with ideas. You will be helped to create and develop a new idea with assistance from Kelly Davis and feedback from the other 10 participants during this weekend course.

By the end of the course, you will be on the road to writing an original short film (under 10 minutes in length). Participants are encouraged to keep in touch after the course and offer each other constructive feedback.

There is no selection process. Participants will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis. The cost for the workshop is 300,- kr. The course will be conducted in English.

Kelly Davis
Born 1974, Texas. Kelly has written, directed and worked as a script consultant on short and feature films, TV advertisements, stage plays and radio plays. He is currently working on two feature films and a sitcom for the BBC.
