In this workshop, we will cover the basics of programming the popular Arduino board, using information about the physical world to manipulate the digital. You will learn about the sensors that do this, and how the energy our bodies give off can be translated into information for the computer. We will discuss how this can be translated into light, sound and motion in a variety of different ways.
No technical experience is required, but it can be helpful as we will be building circuits and programming computers. If you have a recent Mac, Linux or Windows laptop with a USB port, bring it along. If you already have an Arduino, bring that as well!
