urban interface is a research project exploring the interspaces between public and private. The project is initiated and directed by Susanne Jaschko. urban interface | oslo is produced by Atelier Nord.
urban interface exhibition in city space
The exhibition urban interface | oslo is going on in the districts of Grünerløkka, Tøyen and Grønland from September 14th to October 7th. The opening is at Sound of Mu, in Markveien 58, Thursday 13th of September at 19h. The exhibition in public space is presenting works by Laura Beloff, HC Gilje, Jørgen Larsson and Bjørnar Habbestad, Sancho Silva and John Hawke, Vibeke Jensen and Michelle Teran.
Sound of Mu is venue and public headquarter for urban interface | oslo throughout the exhibition.
Do you want to adopt a sculpture?
The Head is a wearable sculpture by Laura Beloff. You can adopt the sculpture and bring it with you home, to work - wherever you usually go. The Porous City: Art claiming the urban void
The conference “The Porous City: Art claiming the urban void” is 14th and 15th of September at Fabrikken. Lev Manovich, Florian Rötzer, Drew Hemmet, Jan Inge Reilstad, Martin Rieser, Jeremy Welsh, the exhibiting artists and more are speaking. In addition there will be an open forum for shorter presentations.
