Christian Bøen (b.1978) is a visual artist with a diploma from the Art Academy of Bergen (2003). His work in digital- and interactive art is influenced by art history and the natural sciences. Bøen makes frequent use of his own electronic music in his interactive work. He has recorded and released six albums under the moniker Termodress.
Bøen har worked with 3D animation and modelling since 1999. In 2015 he started the project Surrealist, where he produces interactive art games and installations. The project is inspired by the legacy of surrealism and dada, as there were artists from both groups that used games as artistic tools.
