Performance Art Oslo will be showing PAO Festival 2015 at Atelier Nord ANX from Friday 13.11.15 until sunday 15.11.15.

Friday 13 November 18:00 – 20:00 Opening programme*
Saturday 14 November 14:00 – 18:00 Live performance
Sunday 15 November 14:00 – 18:00 Live performance

This year, the PAO Festival focuses on Performance Artists from the Nordic Region and is showcasing the work of twelve Performance Artists/Collectives from Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
In doing so, the Festival is highlighting the diversity of performative expression in the Nordic Region, but also inquiring into similarities that might stem from geographic location. Although the invited Performance Artists all perform internationally and often deal with universal thematics, we wonder how their work could be connected to Nordic culture and identity? Could certain forms of expression and approach to Performance Art be more specific to artists from the Nordic Region?
The participants are:
Ane Lan (NO)
Augusta Atla (DK) & Nikos Branidis (GR)
Elisabeth Færøy Lund (NO)
Essi Kausalainen (FI)
