Manual for konstruksjon av en lyd som et middel for å utvikle sosial kontakt

Distributed at Torpedo

Saturday April 9 2011

Atelier Nord launched the Manual for construction of a sound… at Torpedo with a performance by Tao G. Vrhovec Sambolec and a sound installation by the involved artists.
The Manual project explores sound and auditory experience as artistic platforms for social cooperation, urban intervention and environmental investigation.
Organized as a collective working group, the project took place in Oslo in September 2009 and presented workshops, actions and installations by six artists from Europe and the US. The project sought to use sound as a tool for considering public space, involving locational research, performative actions and public discussion.
