Maren Dagny Juell in Conversation

Join us for a conversation and finissage for Maren Dagny Juell’s VR-installation Flexible Schedule. Juell will be in conversation with curator for photography and new media at Henie Onstad Kunstsenter Susanne Østby Sæther. The conversation will be in Norwegian.

After the talk Flexible Schedule will be open until 6 PM without a reservation. Please note that there may be a queue as the installation can only be experienced by one person at a time.

Maren Dagny Juell received her MFA at Chelsea College of Art and Design and currently resides in Ås. Her practice is primarily based on VR, moving image and installation. Juell is one of the founders of She Will, an art space in Ski. She teaches time-based art at Einar Granum School of Fine Art.

Susanne Østby Sæther is curator of new media and photography at Henie Onstad Kunstsenter. Sæther holds a doctorate in media studies from the University of Oslo, where she previously worked as a researcher. Her latest publication is the anthology Screen Space Reconfigured (ed., soon to be published on Amsterdam University Press).
